By purchasing our products you fully accept our service policy. That is why we ask you to read the policies IN THEIR ENTIRETY . By complying with all the shipping and return requirements, we can expedite the delivery of your order or refund:

SHIPPING POLICIES

It is the customer's responsibility to specify their billing and shipping information. Our commitment is that the customer receives their products in the shortest possible time; however, causes beyond our control may delay it (unexpected changes in your order, sudden shortages, special or modified orders, or other factors beyond our control).

DELIVERY TIMES


After confirming your payment, all purchase orders will be processed within 24 business hours, as long as the requested merchandise is in stock and complete customer information is available, including shipping details.

For payments via deposit, send an email to contacto@tierrafresca.com.mx the scanned deposit file or reference. Likewise, the electronic confirmation for other payment platforms such as PayPal and Mercadopago.


Once your payment is confirmed, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

It is the customer's responsibility to accurately record their shipping address, therefore, the billing and recipient address must be complete.

HOME DELIVERY


Purchases will be dispatched via various logistics services from our center in Tepoztlán. Bear in mind that delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the service selected by the customer and may take between 1 and 6 business days to reach its destination, and may take up to 14 days for international shipments.


The shipping cost within Mexico ranges from $ 95.00 MXN to $ 155.00 MXN . This will be calculated depending on the weight of the order. In remote destinations it may take up to 10 days for delivery to be made, please contact the parcel service associated with your order for more information on local delivery times and availability.

EARTH FRESH ORGANICS®   has no responsibility for delivery times of shipments and they are the sole responsibility of the parcel company.

By accepting this clause, the owner of the purchase assumes responsibility for partial or total losses incurred during the transfer of merchandise by said companies. Therefore,
TIERRA FRESCA ORGANICS® is not responsible for partial or total losses.

In remote or very small cities or towns, quoted shipping may have an additional cost charged to the customer.
TIERRA FRESCA ORGANICS® will notify the customer of this event and reserves the right to cancel order orders that do not cover said additional cost and notify the customer.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SHIPMENTS OR DELIVERIES BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

SOLD OUT PRODUCTS

Our apologies in advance. If your product is out of stock due to orders in process, we will contact you to offer solutions or provide new supply dates.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

.

We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please write to us as soon as possible at contacto@tierrafresca.com.mx and write your order number in the subject.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

When your product is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and the parcel service in charge of its delivery.

RETURN POLICIES

Our return policy lasts for 6 days . If it has been 6 days since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund. To process your return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received and with its original packaging.

In no case will items be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS


Once the item is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your item and if it is approved or rejected to process your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, returning the credit using your original payment method. The term will be determined by the payment method used.

Unfortunately discounted items do not accept returns.

PAYPAL AND MARKETING

In the event of cancellation of an order paid with PayPal or Mercadopago, the customer agrees to accept the commission charge for the service charged by both.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for you to receive your new product may vary.


On your returns, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item back.
